Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling a project engagement with alokknight.

If you cancel before development begins (within the discovery/planning phase), you will receive a full refund of any upfront payment minus a 10% administrative fee to cover planning and resource allocation costs.

If you cancel during active development, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded within 30 business days. You will receive all deliverables completed up to that point.

To cancel a project, please send a written notice to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect 5 business days after receipt of the written notice.
