Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the alokknight.com website and our software development services.

alokknight provides custom software development, AI integration, web and mobile development, and related consulting services. All services are subject to a separate project agreement or statement of work (SOW).

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code developed for their project. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used remain the property of their respective owners. We retain the right to use general knowledge and techniques gained during the project.

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Typically: 40% upfront, 30% at midpoint, 30% upon delivery. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
