At alokknight, we are committed to delivering high-quality software solutions. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Eligibility for Refunds

Full Refund: If we fail to begin work within 30 days of the agreed start date due to our fault, you are entitled to a full refund.

Partial Refund: If you are unsatisfied with deliverables and we are unable to resolve concerns after two revision rounds as specified in the agreement, a partial refund may be issued for uncompleted work.

No Refund: Refunds are not available for completed and approved milestones, or for services already delivered and accepted.

Refund Process

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your project details and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

Dispute Resolution

If a refund dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation will be conducted in Berlin, Germany.
